Do you have any stores?

No, we do not have any physical stores.

Where does my money go when I purchase an item?

Our work relies on the generous financial support of individuals and organisations. Our fantastic supporters enable us to grow the register, fund ground-breaking research into improving survival rates and the quality of life for patients post-transplant, and raise awareness of the need for people to sign up as donors. Shipping and Returns

When will I receive my order?

This depends on the shipping option that you select. Standard delivery takes on average 3-5 working days once the order has been placed. If you decide to opt for the Royal Mail Special Delivery, you will receive your order on the next working day - please note that a signature is required for this option, and you will receive your order the next working day, providing you place the order before 2pm.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email our team on shop@anthonynolan.org or call 020 7424 1345.

If we have already packed and sent your order, we will not be able to cancel the order. We will be able to process a refund once you return the items back to us, but we do not issue any refunds for shipping.

How do I return my products?

To return your products, please include a note to specify the reason for the refund, and address the package to:

Anthony Nolan Shop, 2 Heathgate Place, 75-87 Agincourt Road, London, NW3 2NU.

Please note that we cannot process any refunds after 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot process any refunds until the goods have been received.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial purchase. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Returned goods should be in perfect condition to obtain the full refund. We do not refund any money for postage and packaging unless the goods are faulty. If goods are faulty you can request a replacement instead of a refund by emailing shop@anthonynolan.org. 

Any charitable donations made with an order cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock

If there is a product that is out of stock that you are interested in buying, you can email shop@anthonynolan.org. We will let you know if the item will be reordered.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes we do. An international shipping option will feature at checkout once you've filled out your shipping details.

Why should I Gift Aid my donation?

If you’re a UK taxpayer, please say yes to Gift Aid. For every pound you give Anthony Nolan, we’ll get an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs. It will be no extra cost to you by ticking the gift aid box

Do I have to give you my personal information?

The only details we require from our customers are their names, addresses, email addresses and payment information. Your data will only be used for the purpose of processing your order. Our online store is powered by Shopify, who are based in the United States, where your data will be stored. We will never ask you to send any personal details by email. If we require such details, for security reasons, we will ask you to contact us by phone. If you receive an email claiming to be from Anthony Nolan requesting this kind of information, please do not respond, but do let us know.
